seeing as how there is no cell phone service here, you can write letters. good old fashioned hand written letters. if you try to send them to the mainland, good luck.

this instant messenger only works in and on the island. you cannot access anyone from the outside world through instant messenger. remember to sign up for screen name.

feel free to keep your thoughts written down in a journal. just be careful. if other people catch wind of what you've said, there could be big problems.

if you're looking for a specific character or just want already existing characters to make a plot with you, post a thread here and get things going.

residents can get their fish and meat from this fish and meat market. the fish are caught fresh from the island's surrounding waters.

the boat docks where residents can dock their boats, obviously. not everyone has a boat but it's fun to go out in the water in a nice boat every once in a while.

juniper is the hopping club and bar on the island. the club is open to those eighteen and older and the bar is open to twenty one and older.

that's right. there's a motel. for those few occasional visitors or for people who don't have their own place to live yet.

this place used to have the only phones on the island but they don't seem to work anymore. there's a community pool, gymnasium, daycare center and a large park outdoors.

known for it's spectacular view of the haven point moon over the water at night, moonlight cafe is popular even in the day for it's coffee, sandwiches and pastries.

there is only one section of the beach of the island's edge that residents are allowed to go to and swim and hang out. it's been designated because it is safest. during the off season, the gate is closed and locked up so no one dies from hypothermia.

the library was one of the first buildings to be built on the island. the stones of which it's built are said to have come straight from the waters of haven point.

residents should come to the medical clinic for all medical needs. get a prescription, take a pregnancy test or get a cast for a broken bone.

this tattoo parlor is especially popular with the younger crowd on haven point. only three people work in this tattoo parlor but they are phenomenal at what they do.
